1. What is JomParking?
JomParking is a parking payment mobile application for Android OS, Apple iOS and Huawei Emui 10.
2. Where can I download JomParking app?
You can download it either from Google Play Store, Apple App Store and Huawei App Gallery.
3. What device support JomParking app?
Android devices from version 5.0.0 (Lollipop), Apple iPhones from iOS version 10.0 and Huawei App Gallery from version 9.0.0 (Pie).
4. What are the benefits of using JomParking?
Pay parking on-the-go using your smart phones.
5. Can I reserve parking space using JomParking?
JomParking do not provide reserved parking service.
6. What language does JomParking app support?
We support English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, Bahasa Indonesia and Arabic.
Security and Support
1. How safe is my personal details?
JomParking is committed to protecting our customers’ information. All personal information is protected as specified in the Personal Data Protection Act and will not be shared with any third parties.
2. What if my phone is stolen?
You may inform JomParking administrators via e-mail at support@jomparking.com to temporarily disable your account. Once you install the app again in your new smart phone we will enable the account.
3. What if I entered wrong information?
You may inform JomParking administrators via e-mail at support@jomparking.com
4. What if I have problems with JomParking app?

Top up and Payment
1. How do I top up my account?
You can top up your account via the Store tab; the minimum amount of top up is RM 10.00.
2. What kind of payment method is accepted for top up?
Payment method via credit/debit card, online banking and e-wallet (Boost and GrabPay only) are accepted.
3. Is there a limit on how much I can top up?
The maximum you can top up per one transaction is RM 100.00. But you can top up multiple times, there is no limit on how many times you can top up per day.
4. Can I get a refund?
JomParking do not handle any refund for any transaction.
5. How much does it cost to park using JomParking app?
Parking fees is the same as normal parking rate stated by local council or parking terminal.
6. Are there any transaction fees for using JomParking?
There is no transaction fees whatsoever when using JomParking app.
7. How do enforcers know I have paid for parking?
Enforcers will look up the license plate numbers (via their handheld device or vehicle) to determine parking is paid.
8. What are the amount of token available for reload?
The amount of token available for reload are fixed at RM10 (100 tokens), RM30 (3000 tokens), RM50 (5000 tokens) and RM100 (10000 tokens).
9. Does the amount of token for reload is customizable?
Customizable amount for reload is not available.
10. Is there a limit on how much you can store token?
You can top up stock up as much token as you want.
11. How to reload using credit/debit card?
Please select online banking & card option.

1. How do I register an account?
Enter your phone number, create a password (min length 6 characters) and create a username.
2. What information is required for account registration?
JomParking require your phone number and e-mail address upon registration.
3. Why do I need to provide e-mail and phone number?
JomParking uses the provided e-mail as additional customers’ identification and phone number as customers verification method.
4. Can I change my username?
You are not allowed to change or reset your username.
5. Can I change my password?
You can change your password via “Change Password” section located at your “Profile” page.
6. How many vehicles plate numbers can I save?
You can save more than 10 vehicles plate numbers per account.
Parking Operations Hour
1. What is Dewan Bandaraya Kuala Lumpur (DBKL) operation hours?
Operation hours for Dewan Bandaraya Kuala Lumpur (DBKL) is from 7:30AM until 6:00PM (Monday to Saturday except for Sunday and Public Holiday).
2. What is Majlis Bandaraya Seremban (MBS) operation hours?
Operation hours for Majlis Bandaraya Seremban (MBS) except Senawang, Milennia Square and Kemayan Square is from 8:00AM until 5:00PM (Monday to Friday except Saturday, Sunday and Public Holiday).
Starting from 1 February 2020, operation hours for Pasar and Jalan Pasar is 8:00AM until 5:00PM (Monday to Saturday), 8:00AM until 1:00PM (Saturday, Sunday and Public Holiday).
3. What is Majlis Perbandaran Tawau (MPT) operation hours?
Operation hours for Majlis Perbandaran Tawau is from 7:00AM until 6:00PM (Monday to Friday except Public Holiday) and 7:00AM until 1:00PM (Saturday and Sunday except Public Holiday).
4. What is Majlis Bandaraya Subang Jaya (MBSJ) operation hours?
Operation hours for Majlis Bandaraya Subang Jaya is from 8:00AM until 6:30PM (Monday to Friday except Saturday and Sunday and Public Holiday).
5. What is Majlis Daerah Tanah Merah (MDTM) operation hours?
Operation hours for Majlis Daerah Tanah Merah is from 8:00AM until 6:00PM (Saturday to Thursday except Friday and Public Holiday).

1. When do I park?
We follow the same parking hour as the local authorities and parking operator.
2. Can I sign in my account to multiple phones?
Yes, you can sign in your account to multiple phones simultaneously.
3. Where can I view my active parking?
Your active parking can be viewed through the “Active Parking” page.
4. Do I need to display anything (Eg: receipts/coupons) when using JomParking?
There is no need to display anything as parking is monitored online.
5. Can I extend my parking?
You can extend your parking duration anytime via “Active Parking” page by tapping the “extend” button at the countdown timer.
6. How do I end my parking session?
The parking session will end automatically when the countdown timer at “Active Parking” page expired.
7. How to get all the parking transaction?

1. Please select Receipt.
2. Select preferred duration.
3. Select Print/Send to Email.
8. How to pay for summons?
JomParking is not authorised to cancel parking summons. Please proceed to the nearest council to clear your summon.

11. How can I automatically identify locations available in JomParking app?
To enale automatic sites available in JomParking app, turn on your GPS and enable JomParking app to access. Once the GPS is turned on, the app will automatically select available JomParking zone locations close to you.
12. Is JomParking available for Advance Parking?
Yes, JomParking is now available for Advance Parking.
13. What is Advance Parking and how do I use it?
Advance Parking is a feature that you can pay before the parking operation hours start.
Monthly Pass - General
1. How many vehicles can we register for a monthly pass?
Each monthly pass is only valid for a single vehicle registration only. There is no purchase limit for any amount of monthly passes for each JomParking user account.
2. Can vehicle plate number be updated after purchasing a monthly pass?
Change of vehicle number plate is not allowed after a purchase of a monthly pass. Kindly ensure that you've registered the correct vehicle number plate before purchasing a monthly pass.
3. How to check monthly pass activation?
You can do so by referring to the 'Active' tab inside the JomParking app. The status of your monthly pass will be shown on this tab. Your monthly pass will be activated automatically upon purchase of a monthly pass.
4. Do we need to display any ticket/sticker on the vehicle?
You need not display any form of physical ticket or sticket on your vehicle. Your monthly pass is active in a digital form.
5. How do authorities identify my vehicles monthly pass?
The authorities would be able to crosscheck each vehicle's registration plate via the ALPR device which they make use of.
6. What should I do if I get summoned while my monthly pass is active?
Please provide us an image of the summon ticket and the receipt from your monthly pass payment for our team to investigate. If the summon has been issued during an active monthly pass period of time, the summon will be processed for voiding from the authorities within a 1 - 2 month period. Do note that your vehicle can still receive summons from the authorities despite purchasing a monthly pass; obstruction of roads, parking in an handicap spot (OKU), amongst others.
Monthly Pass - LRT PWTC
1. How to purchase a monthly pass?
The PWTC LRT Rapid KL monthly pass can be purchased via JomParking app at 'Store' tab. The purchase process requires confirmation from the PWTC LRT Rapid KL as it is subject to availability. Once your purchase request is confirmed, you will prompted to pay for the monthly pass.
2. How much is a monthly pass?
The Rapid KL LRT PWTC monthly pass is priced at RM 120 per month.
3. What are the available payment methods to purchase a monthly pass?
The monthly pass can be paid for via the JomParking app or JomParking.com by either online banking or debit/credit cards. Purchase of the monthly pass via JomParking tokens are not accepted.
4. How long will the monthly pass be valid?
The validity period of a Rapid KL LRT PWTC monthly pass is one (1) month, starting from the date of purchase until the last day of the current month.
5. What are the available locations when using a monthly pass?
This is valid for use under Rapid KL LRT PWTC only.
6. How many vehicles can we use in a single monthly pass?
Each monthly pass is allowed to register one vehicle at a single time only. Other vehicles of the same owner are allowed to utilise the monthly pass in separate times.
Monthly Pass - Cybersquare
1. How to purchase a monthly pass?
The Cybersquare monthly pass can be purchased via JomParking app at 'Store' tab. Please select Parking Passes and choose Cybersquare zone. This monthly pass parking is valid for 30 days.
2. How much is a monthly pass?
The Cybersquare monthly pass is priced at RM 120 per month.
3. What are the available payment methods to purchase a monthly pass?
The monthly pass can be purchased via JomParking app or JomParking.com. Payment options includes online banking, credit/debit cards and e-wallet's such as GrabPay and Boost. Monthly passes cannot be purchased using tokens.
4. How long will the monthly pass be valid?
The validity of the Cybersquare monthly pass is 30 days, starting from the date of purchase.
5. What are the available locations when using a monthly pass?
The Cybersquare monthly pass can only be used in Cybersquare.
Monthly Pass - Residensi UTM KL
1. How to purchase Residensi UTM KL monthly pass?
The monthly pass for Residensi UTM KL can be purchased via JomParking app under the "Store" tab or via JomParking.com.
2. How much is a monthly pass?
The Residensi UTM KL monthly pass is priced at RM 50 per month (student) and RM 80 per month (public).
3. What are the available payment methods to purchase a monthly pass?
The monthly pass can be paid via JomParking app or JomParking.com by either online banking, credit/debit cards and e-wallets such as GrabPay and Boost. Monthly passes cannot be purchased using tokens.
4. How long will the monthly pass be valid?
This monthly pass parking is valid for 30 days.
5. What are the available locations when using a monthly pass?
The Residensi UTM KL monthly pass can only be used in Residensi UTM KL.
6. How many vehicles can we use in a single monthly pass?

Upon confirmation, Admin will call for confirmation and you will prompted to pay for the monthly pass fees.
