1. What is JomParking?

JomParking is a parking payment mobile application for Android OS and Apple iOS.

2. Where can I download JomParking app?

You can download it either from Google Play Store or Apple App Store.

3. What device support JomParking app?

Android devices from version 4.4.4 (KitKat) to version 9.1 (Pie) and Apple iPhones from iOS version 10.0 to version 12.0.

4. What are the benefits of using JomParking?

Pay parking on-the-go using your smart phones.

5. Can I reserve parking space using JomParking?

JomParking do not provide reserved parking service.

6. What language does JomParking app support?

We support English, Malay and Mandarin.

Security and Support

1. How safe is my personal details?

JomParking is committed to protecting our customers’ information. All personal information is protected as specified in the Personal Data Protection Act and will not be shared with any third parties.

2. What if my phone is stolen?

You may inform JomParking administrators via e-mail at support@jomparking.com to temporarily disable your account. Once you install the app again in your new smart phone we will enable the account.

3. What if I entered wrong information?

You may inform JomParking administrators via e-mail at support@jomparking.

4. What if I have problems with JomParking app?

Top up and Payment

1. How do I top up my account?

You can top up your account via the top up tab; the minimum accepted top up is RM 5.00.

2. What kind of payment method is accepted for top up?

JomParking accepted payment methods are online banking, credit/debit cards & mobile e-wallet.

3. Is there a limit on how much I can top up?

The maximum you can top up per one transaction is RM 100.00. But you can top up multiple times, there is no limit on how many times you can top up per day.

4. Can I get a refund?

JomParking do not handle any refund for any transaction.

5. How much does it cost to park using JomParking app?

Parking fees is the same as normal parking rate stated by local council or parking terminal.

6. Are there any transaction fees for using JomParking?

There is no transaction fees whatsoever when using JomParking app.

7. How do enforcers know I have paid for parking?

Enforcers will look up the license plate numbers (via their handheld device or vehicle) to determine parking is paid.

8. What is the value of a token?

100 Tokens is equal to RM 1.00.

9. Is there a limit on how much you can store token?

You can top up stock up as much token as you want.

Tutorial and How-To

1. How do I register an account?

Enter your phone number, create a password (min length 6 characters) and create a username

2. What information is required for account registration?

JomParking require your phone number and e-mail address upon registration.

3. Why do I need to provide e-mail and phone number?

JomParking uses the provided e-mail as additional customers’ identification and phone number as customers verification method.

4. Can I change my username?

You are not allowed to change or reset your username.

5. Can I change my password?

You can change your password via “Change Password” section located at your “Profile” page.

6. How many vehicles plate numbers can I save?

You can save more than 10 vehicles plate numbers per account.

Others

1. When do I park?

We follow the same parking hour as the local authorities and parking operator.

2. Can I sign in my account to multiple phones?

Yes, you can sign in your account to multiple phones simultaneously.

3. Where can I view my active parking?

Your active parking can be viewed through the “Active Parking” page.

4. Do I need to display anything (Eg: receipts/coupons) when using JomParking?

There is no need to display anything as parking is monitored online.

5. Can I extend my parking?

You can extend your parking duration anytime via “Active Parking” page by tapping the “extend” button at the countdown timer.

6. How do I end my parking session?

The parking session will end automatically when the countdown timer at “Active Parking” page expired.

Monthly Pass - General

1. How Many Vehicles Can We Register For A Monthly Pass?

Each monthly pass is only valid for a single vehicle registration only. There is no purchase limit for any amount of monthly passes for each JomParking user account.

2. Are Changing of Vehicle Number Plates Allowed After Purchase of the Monthly Pass?

Change of vehicle number plate is not allowed after a purchase of a monthly pass. Kindly ensure that you've registered the correct vehicle number plate before purchasing a monthly pass.

3. How Can We Check If The Monthly Pass Is Activated?

You can do so by referring to the 'Active' tab inside the JomParking app. The status of your monthly pass will be shown on this tab. Your monthly pass will be activated automatically upon purchase of a monthly pass.

4. Do We Need To Display Any Ticket/Sticker On The Vehicle?

You need not display any form of physical ticket or sticket on your vehicle. Your monthly pass is active in a digital form.

5. How Do The Authorities Examine Your Vehicle's Monthly Pass?

The authorities would be able to crosscheck each vehicle's registration plate via the ALPR device which they make use of.

6. What Should I Do If I Get A Summon Even After A Monthly Pass Has Been Purchased?

Please provide us an image of the summon ticket and the receipt from your monthly pass payment for our team to investigate. If the summon has been issued during an active monthly pass period of time, the summon will be processed for voiding from the authorities within a 1 - 2 month period.

Do note that your vehicle can still receive summons from the authorities despite purchasing a monthly pass; obstruction of roads, parking in an handicap spot (OKU), amongst others.

Monthly Pass - Seremban

1. How Do We Purchase A Monthly Pass?

The monthly pass for Majlis Perbandaran Seremban (MPS) can be purchased through the JomParking app under the "Topup" tab or via JomParking.com.

2. How Much Is A Monthly Pass?

MPS's monthly pass is priced at RM 90 for one (1) month, RM 270 for three (3) months, RM 540 for six (6) months, RM 810 for nine (9) months and RM 1080 for twelve (12) months.

3. What Are The Payment Methods For A Monthly Pass?

The monhtly pass can be paid for via the JomParking app or JomParking.com by either online banking or debit/credit cards. Purchase of the monthly pass via JomParking tokens are not accepted.

4. What Is The Validity Of A Monthly Pass?

The validity period of a MPS monthly pass is in accordance to the amount of days within the month it is purchased in. (Valid for 31 days in the months of January, March, May, August, October, November; Valid for 28 or 29 days in the month of February; Valid for 30 days in the months of April, June, September, November).

5. Which Locations Can We Make Use Of A Monthly Pass?

You may park your vehicle at any undesignated on-street parking boxes (Excludes reserved parking spots) under the jurisdiction of Majlis Perbandaran Seremban (MPS) in exception of Kemayan Square and Senawang.

Monthly Pass - LRT PWTC

1. How Do We Purchase A Monthly Pass?

The PWTC LRT Rapid KL monthly pass can be purchased via the JomParking app via the 'Top Up' tab. The purchase process requires confirmation from the PWTC LRT Rapid KL operations first, depending on the availability. Upon confirmation, you will prompted to spay for the monthly pass fees.

2. How Much Is A Monthly Pass?

The Rapid KL LRT PWTC monthly pass is priced at RM 120 per month.

3. What Are The Payment Methods For A Monthly Pass?

The monthly pass can be paid for via the JomParking app or JomParking.com by either online banking or debit/credit cards. Purchase of the monthly pass via JomParking tokens are not accepted.

4. What Is The Validity Of A Monthly Pass?

The validity period of a Rapid KL LRT PWTC monthly pass is one (1) month, starting from the date of purchase until the last day of the current month.

5. Which Locations Can We Make Use Of A Monthly Pass?

This is only valid for use under Rapid KL LRT PWTC only.

6. How Many Vehicles Can We Use In A Single Monthly Pass?

Each monthly pass is only allowed to register one vehicle at a single time only. Other vehicles of the same owner are allowed to utilise the monthly pass in separate times.

Monthly Pass - Cybersquare

1. How Do We Purchase A Monthly Pass?

The Cybersquare monthly pass can be purchased via the JomParking app's 'Main' tab. Please select Cybersquare zone and duration for parking for 30 days.

2. How Much Is A Monthly Pass?

The Cybersquare monthly pass is priced at RM 100 per month.

3. What Are The Payment Methods For A Monthly Pass?

The monthly pass can only be purchased via JomParking tokens only.

4. What Is The Validity Of A Monthly Pass?

The validity of the Cybersquare monthly pass is 30 days, starting from the date of purchase.

5. Which Locations Can We Make Use Of A Monthly Pass?

It is only valid for use around the parking perimeter of Cybersquare. This does not include the basement parking nor the Cybersquare resident's parking.
